Clean You Can Count On

• What we do in all living rooms, dens, dining rooms, family rooms, finished basement areas, bedrooms, hallways, and staircases:
•  Do all of the high dusting. This includes all fans and light fixtures are dusted and wiped down no higher than 12ft.
•  All of the low dusting. This includes removing the items on the furniture (dressers, stands, mantles, and tables) in order to completely clean the top of the furniture. Then we dust the items on top of the furniture such as picture frames and lamps and return the items back onto the piece of furniture we just cleaned.
•  Clean all windows. We clean the windows inside of the home and wipe down the windowsill. (Windows are optional but does not change the price as they are included in the Deep cleaning). We lightly dust the blinds. We do not wipe them down as this spreads the dirt around and could cause damage to the blind
•  Wipe down all of the doors, trimming around the doors, baseboards, light switches, and outlet covers.
•  Clean all mirrors and glass.
•  Make beds/change sheets if needed. (Client must leave the clean sheets on the bed)
•  Dust all picture frames, wall hangings, and knickknacks.
•  Move sofas and chairs in living room that are not heavy and are easily moved without damage to the floor in order to vacuum underneath.
•  Wipe down all woodwork, handrails, and spindles.
•  Vacuum all carpets. (We only move light furniture such as tables and chairs. We do not move any heavy furniture.)
•  Vacuum all hard flooring without HEPA filtered vacuum and mop floors. For hardwood floors, we dilute Fabuloso cleaner with water and ring out the towel so it is lightly damp. Then we mop in the direction of the wood grain.
• What we clean in your bathrooms:
•  Do all of the high dusting by getting all of the cobwebs, vents and light fixtures.
•  Clean the showers, tubs, sinks, and toilets. We remove all items in and on showers, sinks, and toilets and then we replace the items when finished.
• Wipe down the outside of all cabinets.
• Clean all mirrors, glass, and windows.
•  Wipe down all doors, trimming, baseboards, light switches, and outlet covers.
• Vacuum and mop floors.
• Remove trash
• What we clean in your kitchen:
• All of the high dusting including light fixtures and fans.
• Wipe down the outside of all cabinets and drawers.
• Remove items on the countertop and clean countertops. Wipe off all items and small appliances on the countertop and replace them.
• Wipe down the backsplash. (If it is covered. We do not scrub paint)
• Clean the outside of the fridge and stove. (Inside is an extra add on)
• Clean the inside and outside of the microwave.
• Clean and shine all stainless steel.
• Clean all glass and windows.
• Clean all tables and chairs.
• Clean out the sink. (We do not do dishes).
• Clean inside of refrigerator. (optional)
• Clean inside of oven. (optional)

• Please call ahead to the office to add on any of the following items to your cleaning as this will change the amount of time we need to give the crew for your visit.
• Vacuuming out garage
• *We only clean the inside of Cabinets for Move in/out cleanings because they must be empty.

• IF CLIENT WANTS A MOVE OUT/IN CLEANING WITH FURNITURE AND ITEMS STILL IN HOME, THIS WILL BE CONSIDERED A DEEP CLEANING. REFER TO FIRST TIME CLEANING CHECK LIST.

This was a wonderful experience and one I expect to repeat monthly from now on. The service was recommended by a friend who had used their service. All contact was professional and exceptional: easy to make an appointment for an estimate, quick turnaround for a cleaning appointment, timely arrival of the team, thorough cleaning done quietly and without question by experienced and pleasant professionals. They even did the windows! They even cleaned the baseboards! They even vacuumed the upholstered furniture! They trapped previously unnoticed ceiling-high cobwebs! This was so great. Heloisa's team came to do a deep clean during the day while I was at work. I didn't get home until 8:30pm that night, and I could smell how clean the house was while I was still unlocking the door. I was crying literal tears of happiness as I saw each room! Even my 6-year-old was totally blown away, I’m pretty sure she has never seen our house this clean haha. I honestly feel like such a weight has been lifted! I’m a divorced single mom, I work 50+ hours a week, am involved with my daughter’s school, lead her Girl Scout troop, etc. I had given up on my house being properly clean because I just didn’t have the time. The clutter combined with something always needing to be cleaned wasn’t doing my anxiety and stress levels any favors either. Well now all the priority stuff done, and I feel like I can actually focus! All of the stuff that the team has neatly stacked together now seems so much less overwhelming to sort through and either put away or get rid of. I’m going to go to bed at a reasonable hour and not staying up trying to get a million things done, and not stressed about everything I didn’t get to. Her team went above & beyond, and I've had companies in the past do one-time cleanings, but they have always disappointed in some way. I am super happy with the work done. Working with the office staff is easy they are flexible and work with you on scheduling. Heloisa herself came out to do the estimate and was great. I’m bubbling over with happiness about my house right now and I appreciate all the work that went into it. Worth every single penny!!! Can't wait to have bi-weekly cleanings!
